Control and quality

Attention to quality is high and essential for the success of a flawless production. The accurate control of each phase and the achievement of high quality standards are among the strengths of the company and represent the guidelines of the production process, which cannot be overlooked.

The quality of Intec is the result of continuous technological solutions and an accurate internal testing system.

These tests are carried out in the metrology room, the company’s spearhead, and are necessary to verify that Intec products correspond to the approved parameters or to the specific requests of the customers. The Intec measuring and testing instrumentation is calibrated by certified authotrities according to pre-established intervals. For further certainty of accuracy and repeatability of the measurements, the test room is always kept at a constant temperature of 20 degrees  centigrades.

To confirm its professionalism and strict quality control, Intec has obtained the certification of its ISO 9001 quality system, recently updated to 2008.
