Our
history
INTEC is one of the most important companies in the field of precision mechanics at an international level, both for its quality and productivity. Present in the market for the design and production of ROTORS for the most important compressor manufacturers in the world, both in Italy and abROAd.
Active in the Abruzzo region since 1998, specifically in Guardiagrele (Ch), it was founded by the will of Marco Di Labio, Italo Primavera and Manola Primavera, the three founding partners, immediately focusing on precision mechanical machining, and becoming highly competitive within just a few years.
Since 2007 Intec has specialized in the production of rotors for the compressed air sector and high precision gears, and since 2009 it has started to manifacture independently in its own factories.
The INTEC market has been growing steadily for some years, and the company is now a landmark for the Industrial, Oil and Gas, Automotive, Refrigeration and Healthcare sectors in Germany, France, Finland and China, as well as in Italy.
Our
headquarters
The Intec structure covers a total of 6000 square meters, 2600 of which are covered by three sites; each one of them is dedicated to a specific function, and it is built with minimum impact on the surrounding environment and the landscape.
The first site is dedicated to the roughing operations of incoming and semi-finished materials. This is also the location for the administrative and management offices.
The second site, built in 2006, hosts all the grinding and testing processes, along with Intec engineers and the quality manager. This, as a matter of fact, is where the metrology room is located, which is the real nerve center of Intecquality, where the products are tested at the end of all the processes, and once approved, they reach the finished products warehouse, located in the new and third adjacent site.

Sustainability
Over the years, the achieved growth in know-how, technology and quality has never been detached from the attention that Intec pays to the environment. Environmental sustainability has always been one of our highest values and goals, which is why we have always defined ourselves as a responsible company that wants to make the economy grow in our area, and to preserve the beauty of the Maiella Park, where we are located. All of our machines are equipped with an extraction system, in order to keep the air clean inside the company, with an outgoing air filtering system to avoid polluting the environment. The fumes produced by the various systems are not introduced directly into the environment, but channeled and retained in suction systems and then carefully purified according to the regulations. Furthermore, in order to reduce the production of environmentally harmful gases and the emission of CO2, Intec has embaced a photovoltaic technology: two photovoltaic systems are active, one of 112 kW of power and another of 100 kW, placed on two (out of all 3) of the industrial plants. The handling of the parts is entrusted to 5 industrial manipulators, in order to facilitate the handling of the loads and to reduce their impact on the operators, and to ease the disposal and not to generate processes at risk of pollution.

The team
The three partners Marco Di Labio, Italo Primavera and Manola Primavera take care of both the production and the administrative activities, managing a team that over time has come to count 30 resources with a technical manager, a quality manager and 2 employees for final testing. The company is formed by a very cohesive team that carries out ideas in a cohesive way, always aiming at a costant improvement and innovation for over 20 years.
